(-OOC-CH=CH-COO-) Fe2+Ferrous Fumarate
Ferrous Fumarate is the iron(II) salt of fumaric acid: a reddish-brown powder carrying about 33% elemental iron, used to treat iron deficiency anaemia and to fortify flour, foods, premixes and animal feed.
