Flour Fortification
Ferrous Fumarate is on the WHO and Food Fortification Initiative list for low-extraction (white) wheat flour and degermed maize flour, and is on the mandatory list in South-East Asian countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. It can be added directly during milling.
