Ferrous Fumarate is on the WHO and Food Fortification Initiative list of essential iron fortificants, and iron fortification is one of the main defences against iron deficiency anaemia. We supply it, with ferrous and zinc sulphates and food-grade preservatives, to manufacturers fortifying everyday foods.
